Would She Have Been Freed if The Court Recording Hadn’t Leaked?

The queen of the universe is free but would it have happened if the court testimony hadn’t been recorded and leaked? The news would have reported on it but I highly doubt all of the news media would have responded the way they did if they hadn’t heard it directly from her. And obviously public outcry is why she was removed from the con, so idk if she would have been freed if not for the leak

Of course Covid played a part in freeing our B. Everyone was stuck at home and that’s when the TikTok’s started going viral which led to all of this. Soccer moms became couch investigators and that’s when it all took off. And the court audio would’ve never happened without Covid because the only reason the court hearing was virtual was due to Covid.

 

On the other hand, the mystery as to what happened to Xtinas career isn’t a mystery so easily solved. THAT is an unsolved mystery

No because as soon as Britney got rights to her own lawyer Judge Pen had to quit sucking up to James for a dime and that's when she had to start using her practice appropriately. MR will expose her in due time like the rest of the fam/team. Only it took 14 years for her to quit making illegal decisions. Shame and disgust

Sadly i dont think so. Brit begged the judge years ago with the same scenario but that was a closed court. Only reason is because the audio was leaked to the public.

public and media were all listening to it, so even if no one were able to record the audio, people would've taken notes. In fact wasn't Variety or which magazine that published the full transcript?

Nope. Considering how anti-Britney Judge Penny was prior to the leak, she obviously would've sided with Team Con if the court leak hadn't exposed them. Penny had no choice but to switch sides afterwards, otherwise she would've faced intense scrutiny.

Agreed. Britney pleading for the court to remove the conservatorship is nothing new. She has been begging for it for YEARS. It's only got removed now because all the gays are setting up a tent in front the courthouse for a drag show.

And it was removed last November under the clause that the conservatorship is voluntary. WTF Penny?

Yes...I don't think the recording played as much of a role as fans like to believe.

Once Rosengart was added as her lawyer it was all over...And I believe that he was in the works as far back as her stay in the mental health facility.

It was a chess game that took time to play out...The court system grinds forward slowly, but it does grind forward.

Sadly I think it’s safe to to say No…she gave this same testimony in 2019 and Brenda penny made her “feel like she was dead”
