 Because as huge as a case this is, the general public just knows “Britney spears has not been in control of her person or money for 13 years” and “something about a meltdown many years ago”. The vast majority of people don’t know any of this.

But high profile clients like Gwen Stefani etc..

Surely they would do their homework, know a little more or pay attention to rumors as it concerns them?

Also  read somewhere that in the management industry Tri Star are not highly regarded in terms of ethics. 

Clients with millions of dollars... Do they not look up all this about their business manager?

It’s just a keyboard cover. They do protect the MacBook keys from “oily spots” but most people don’t realize this causes the MacBook to heat up. MacBooks use the space between the keys (among vents on the back) to ventilate and these silicone/rubber keyboard covers highly limit aeration. You can look them up on Amazon. Some of it is how it’s supposed to look but I think some of those circles are wearing spots/breakdown from long use.
