I have my doubts if this is real. Wouldn't make sense if it was. Why use the same font from a previous era for a new one? Mona Lisa was supposed to be the leadsingle for Original Doll as I recall and My Prerogative was already released.

The picture could be a still from a video, mirrored, an outtake, ...

 

Obviously I don't know for sure but I am happy this didn't make it cause this artwork doesn't make much sense and is far from Britney-ish imo.

This is from a photo shoot Britney did in 2005. This is not a new picture. HOWEVER, it was never posted in this high quality, but I wonder if it could have been AI-enhanced.
