This was have to be federal and if Rosengart discovers anything like this in Britney' case, there's no way in hcll he's gonna let this go, he's a federal prosecutor after all. Hope he fries them all!

Of course they are.  There is literally no other explanation as to why this perfectly functioning woman, with a few mental health issues that are addressable by other means, has been in this for going on 14 years now.  She’s wanted out since the beginning.  Sam knew that.  There is NO WAY he didn’t know that.  He never filed to terminate.  He constantly allowed hearings to be delayed and moved…he never objected to team Con…he just went along with it.  Reva Goetz is absolutely in on this as well and she BETTER get investigated and serve time.  She denied Britney so many rights.

It’s interesting…Britney is FINALLY afforded her right to have her own counsel in July by September (2 months) Jamie is suspended and a hearing for termination is scheduled.  If she had been allowed to exercise her right to her own attorney from the beginning she probably could’ve had this conservatorship nullified (since Goetz broke many rules) or at the very LEAST had it terminated no later than a year after in started.

She lost 14 years of her life and freedom because she had an attorney who was working for himself and a corrupt judge.  Penny is only NOW doing what’s right because she KNOWS this has gotten out of hand and I’m sure she’s afraid.  Britney SHOULD sue the state of California for false imprisonment…because the system failed her the right to her own attorney and once she was awarded that right, the conservatorship begins to end…that’s 14 years she’ll never get back because of Ingham, Goetz, Penny, and team Con wanting her money.  We lookin at you State of CA.
