I wouldn't be surprised if Britney and Sam were following it just like we were, via the media or via an insider in the courtroom.  And we honestly have no way of knowing, until this day, if she actually has a properly functioning phone with internet and direct access to instagram. So ya, I would have been  surprised if Sam HADN'T posted anything.
