it’s not about what she’s saying it’s about logistics - why would she be suddenly given access to her IG? Rosengard is still not her attorney… she still has an IUD in her… oh but here is your Instagram you little slave.

Do you have some insider information about this? AFAIK he could have gotten the commitment letter from Jodi’s lawyers that same day to seal the deal.

How do you know she still has her IUD? Any of her nurses could have removed it the minute she learned that they couldn’t forbid her from removing her. She could remove even herself if the strings weren’t cut too short.

it would be filed in the court docket like everything else. nothing moves in court without paperwork. so yes we would all know about this by now.

I’m under impression that when they file something to court it doesn’t appear in their website immediately because someone has to process it. And even if the info appeared in their system the minute it is filed, it’s not like they signed the letter at the court to immediately file it. All I know they may have had all the paperwork done, he is her attorney and will file all the papers together with their petition to remove Jamie and end the conservatorship. 
 

Remember that both the judge and Jodi’s lawyers expect Rosengart to tell what Britney thinks about Jodi’s security on Monday, so the lawyers have a good incentive to take care of the paperwork ASAP.

I don’t follow your logic. The judge and the lawyers from Jodi and Jamie all said that Britney could have gotten married and have babies all this time – they just “forgot” to tell it to her. I.E. they lied to her.

Her father still controls her finances and Jodi is charge of most of her personal choices, but now that she has publicly said (via her lawyer) that she is working towards ending the conservatorship as well (to save her own ***), she most likely listens to Britney and gives her much more freedom.

For instance, right after her testimony on 6/23 she was seen driving her car for the first time for months (over a year?).
