Step 1 = copy the link 

Step 2 = go to your browser and open the y2mate dot com 

Step 3 = paste the link 

Step 4 = the website immediately loads the link and Choice chart pops up in which you can select the quality in which you want your video to be downloaded 

 

OR 

 

Open the youtube video with your browser.

Go to the bar where you type the link and add SS before the youtube word.

It must look like this ssyoutube.com[here is the rest of the algorithm] it takes you to a website where you can choose the quality definitions available, if the original video is in hd, the website must have it in hd as well.
