Singers you like as a person but not as a musician?

Are there people you like as a person but you can't stand their songs? for me i'd say Lady Gaga comes to mind, i like watching her interviews, she's quite eloquent and outspoken , i like that she's always speaking about mental health, human rights,  i like her outfits too , but i haven't really liked an album of her since TFM/BTW  In fact, i think Blackout is better than her whole discography

Interesting, for me It's otherwise, I like Gaga's music, of course she's charismatic etc but when I think about the interviews you mentioned, I feel like her attitude is fake and very calculated, like she's trying way too hard to prove how "real" she is. But it's just my opinion.

Meghan Trainor is the epitome of this.  I literally watched this whole-azz interview with her because I love her as a person so much:

Alessia Cara and Meghan Trainor. Both, ladies have some bops, however, their catalogue in general is uninteresting to me. Whereas their personalities >>>>>>

Khalid, Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, Frank Ocean (just came to my mind) are at the same level as the two, mentioned above.

I'm gonna say Rihanna, even though I don't know much about her, she seems like a fun and cool as woman. I think her and I would have the time of our lives together.

I just don't like her music. I gave it several chances, I even force purchased her Loud album because I thought she looked gorgeous in the cover but I just didn't like it.

I also think she is very beautiful.

She seems like a nice lady but GOD I CANT stand her singing voice!

Well i kinda agree that her attitude can feel a bit forced at times, i've always been more interested in her fashion/visuals than her music, i think that's the problem with Gaga, her fans act like she's the weirdest thing out there but her music isn't reflective of how weird / edgy she thinks she is , her music is very basic compared to Grimes/Fka Twigs or other ppl like that , she's very talented and i feel like she limits herself to be appealing

Opposite for me. Love Lady Gaga as a musician and performer. Chromatica is my favourite album in a long time by anyone. However, she seems overly pretentious in interviews and out of touch with reality. Her life story seems contrived to make herself relatable, but at the end of the day, she grew up rich and went to school with Paris/Nicole.

Cardi B for sure! I think she's pretty awful as a rapper, but she's so fun. I love watching her interviews.
