I guess it's only the backup singers singing... I can't hear Brit's vocals. 
She actually doesn't have a mic in these rehearsals. In Oops we only hear because the camera is pretty close, but not during Baby.

Her rehearsals always show how much more confortable and fluid she's in shoes, instead of heels
