Excel! But for the averages of each person I do that separately  (once excel of has added each persons rates for all songs - then I divide it by the number of tracks on the album) - I forgot the formula with how to work that part on excel so I use a calculator

I’m pretty sure excel has an average function =Average[first cell:final cell] fam I know you did not bust out the calculator for 40 people’s average rates 😮 if you do it vertically/horizontally for the average song rate then I think the other way will lead to the actual person’s average right?
