Okay I know this post is a few days old, but according to Twitter's translation feature it says this:

'Anyone who comes after the dark queen Bella will die alone and burn forever. They are filled with your dark fears and demons. You will never be happy and you will never sleep well again.'

The language it was in is Amharic, which is spoken by groups of people in Ethiopia.
