I mean usually her music leaks few weeks/days before it is officially released so as of now nothing leaked so no need to wait for a release this week or next week .... No meltdown allowed

I honestly don't believe anything is even coming out this week nor this month. Surely it needs promo? RCA are doing a poor job with Liberation by XTINA, has anything charted except Fall in Line?

Something seems to be missing if she's not charting at all? Britney's last two albums have done poorly too. Something with RCA seems to be missing to me. I've not seen Liberation in supermarkets where I live, Britney albums never seem to make it to supermarkets anymore. Seems a shame!

Are you sure? I very clearly remember waiting until it was on iTunes to purchase and that being the first time I heard it...followed by a million threads saying not to purchase it until after midnight because the sale won't count. Then it hit Spotify at around midnight.

Maybe they are trying to make a modern marketing campaign to promote it and just release video and song together as a surprise. I think they were expecting more success with GLORY and the whole "fake leak" thing didn't work so now they want to do it right.
