She will definitely attend the show unless she's lazy and disrespectful, wich I don't think so. It's an "important" award of the ceremony.  

But perform? I don't think so... What is she going to perform? A POM medley again? No, thank you. Slumber Party? The single was never promoted, so i'ts almost impossible... 3rd single? Glory's dead and she will not relase another single.

The only thing we can expect from this award is to see her on stage accepting the award and leaving immediately like she always does lately. Red Carpet + Speech + Press Room and then home with the kids.
