I know that a few months ago most of Britney’s discography got an update from RIAA; however, I think that there are some certifications still pending: - Baby one more time (15x platinum) - Oops I did it again (11x platinum) - Britney (album) (5x platinum) - I’m not a girl not yet a woman (Gold) - Greatest Hits: My Prerogative (2x platinum) - The singles collection (Gold) - Femme Fatale (2x platinum) - Slumber Party (Gold) - Glory (Gold) What do you guys think? Am I wrong? I find it hard to believe that some albums haven’t change since its last certification more than 10 years ago. It’s a shame that US certifications are paid unlike UK certifications.

I was listening to Beyoncé’s new song My House, I couldn’t help but notice that the attitude I very similar to Britney’s Mind Your Business. What do you guys think?

So I was looking around for information on the Crossroads re release box office and I came across with this info: Crossroads 2023 Re-release WWW.BOXOFFICEMOJO.COM In two days (not even a weekend) Britney’s Crossroads movie made more the $500,000 worldwide. I think that’s pretty good considering that it was a limited release, in just a few movie theaters and only available for a Monday and Wednesday. I hope we will get this movie on Netflix or any other platform.

With the recent gold certification of I’m a slave 4u in the UK, O was wondering where can I find updated information of all her singles and albums certifications in the UK?

I would like to start by saying that this post is not against Britney, I love her and I’m a fan since day one. However, I have been wondering what is the deal with Britney’s hair. Since she shaved her head it seems like the hair extensions took all the control, she never takes them off (with some few exceptions). In some post from her IG it seems like her hair never grew back as before, I know she mentioned that she undergo some treatments because her hair was to thin but still looks weird. Can someone explain to me what has happened to her hair? And also, if she ever decides to leave the extensions, is her hair going to be like it used to be before?

I don’t expect everyone one to agree with me. I was just expressing an opinion, that as fans, our purpose is to support Britney not to dragged her down for her choices. Of course, you are not supposed to like or agree with everything she does, that’s fair, but what I don’t think is fair is that someone would dragged her for not releasing new music but once she does, they will jump in to create lies and say it’s a flop. Honestly, some people are very hypocritical. A few examples, when Britney released Blackout everyone criticized her for look and the new sound that was far from her previous albums. What happened with the record? It sold less than In the Zone and didn’t have support on the radio (there was no radio ban at that time), fast forward, everyone calls that record the Bible of pop. I mean, people (and fans) like to throw rocks at Britney for everything she does. Other example, Glory, when it came out it sold a little more than Britney Jean, people didn’t support her new sound and it failed on the charts, what happened next? Now everyone think is part of the hole trinity. Its like people enjoy sabotaging Britney and later praise her just to bring her down again. As a fan, I choose to just enjoy her art (whether is music, books, films, etc) and not be negative towards her decisions. If you don’t like MIND YOUR BUSINESS, that’s ok, but if you are a fan, support her, maybe for her is a good song and couldn’t released back then, and now it was a moment she considered appropriate. I actually don’t agree with you regarding the idea that this forum is made for speculation, I believe this space os made for supporting Britney and exchange ideas (not to create lies).

In last couple of days I have seen so many comments and articles regarding Britney’s new song MIND YOUR BUSINESS. So far the comments go from conspiracy theories claiming that is not Britney singing, that is AI, that she was forced to release the song, and on the other hand people complaining that is a bad song that Will I Am is bad for Britney, etc. Honestly is very disappointing to see fans complaining instead of enjoying Britney’s music. I mean, people complain because she is not releasing new music, but once she does, everyone feels entitled to question her decisions or criticize her music. If you are true fans you should be thankful that she is actually releasing new music considering all that she has been through in the last years. I actually don’t understand the constant need to speculate on everything Britney does, from her posts on IG, her music decisions, or any other decision she makes. Let her do anything she wants to in her own way, if you don’t agree that’s ok, but if you are a fan you won’t dragged her for that, you will still support her. This is just my points of view, you may agree or not, but I hope this post makes someone reconsider how do we want to support Britney from now on. I really miss the old days when there was no social media and Banons creating lies or complaining about everything. It was so easy when you could just put on a cd or listen to the radio waiting for a Britney song.

I have been reading some recent posts about the original doll, and after listening to the scrapped songs meant for that record, I feel that those songs are so in line with Britney’a current mood, like they have so much attitude and are very much “in your face”. I know it’s not going to happen, but how cool would it be if Britney decided to put out The original doll with the songs she recorded, including the demo version of Mona Lisa. I could picture Britney singing Mona Lisa live in a concert and would be so awesome. She could released it like Mariah Carey did with the rarities. Or if Britney decides to go back to the studio and record an album,I think The Original Doll vine could lead the way. Again is just a thought, but a dream can’t hurt anyone.

I actually think the Billboard Magazine photo shoot is one of the worst ones, the hair, make up and outfit are so bad, it’s like they chose the worst pictures. I don’t even remember the last time Britney had a good magazine photo shoot.

I love Britney with all my heart and I will be a fan of hers always. However, that doesn’t mean I don’t see that she has some things she needs to deal with. This post is a clear example that she needs some anger management therapy, I mean the guy was only being nice to her, why would you insult him? There is no need. I might get some hate from this post but the fact that Britney suffered so much, doesn’t give her the right to insult people who doesn’t have anything to do with what happened to her, you are only promoting hate everywhere. She really need to look for advice, I am not saying I understand what she went through and all the consequences of 13 years of this suffering, but is because of that that she should seek for the right help to get overcome all the things she suffered and how is she going to get her peace back. I am really sorry but this version of Britney is a little disappointing. She once said she didn’t want to play the role of a victim but to be an example for people with disabilities, but all this hateful posts with no reason are very disappointing.

I think is not right to attack Sean or Jayden, I mean first of all they are Britney’ sons, even though they have differences and arguments, at the end of the day Britney loves her sons unconditionally and I don’t think she would like for anyone to attack her kids. I mean there is no need to be mean and toxic against somebody else, we don’t know the whole story, remember they are kids that can easily be manipulated by their father and family, so let’s have some respect. As for the nude pictures of the girlfriend and her mother, is his problem, is not our business. There are boundaries that we should respect when it comes to the private life of others. I might get some hate for my comment but we are losing track of the fact that we are here to support Britney (her music, products, her decisions, etc.) and not to fight battles that aren’t ours.

I think is just bad promotion. If you look back at the las two records (Britney Jean and Glory) they came out in during the streaming era but they failed to make an impact in terms of streams. But remember with Britney Jean there was no promotion at all in terms of performances or awards appearances, she went straight to the residency. Then with glory we had a little bit more of promotion but with huge missed opportunities (for example: Make me original video), then she did a medley of her old hits at the BB music awards and later the VMA performance right after 14 minutes of Beyoncé. So at the end the younger people who are actually doing all the streaming never had the chance to see Britney at her best. Let’s be honest is the core Barmy fan base who are listening to Britney not many new fans from a younger generation. Of course Britney is an Icon that everyone recognizes, but they remember the pre conservatorship Britney, that’s why we have Baby and Oops having way more streams than Britney Jean or Glory. If Britney decides to record new music and comeback with a new album, there is a lot of work for her marketing team, they need to learn better strategies to promote her music. That’s my humble opinion, I might be wrong but maybe there is something there to work on.

Come on… There is no need to bring this old footage back and generate a discussion. Also, James Corden wasn’t shading Britney, he actually tried to get out of the question without saying something bad about Britney, It was Jimmy who was pushing for some dirt. But anyways, I don’t understand the need to generate bad blood and hate towards other people. I said it before in another post, we should focus on Britney, her accomplishments, her music, her next projects, there is no need to dig up some dirt from the past and make bad comments.

Come on…this topic is very old. Can we just grow up and move on? There is no need to compare Britney to anyone else. Britney is Britney and Christina is Christina…They both paved their on careers with highs and lows. I think we should just focus on Britney, her music, her next projects like her book.

So with the book coming out soon, and Britney telling her side of the story, I was thinking that it could be a great idea if Britney’a next album is some sort of a conceptual record, like her journey from the rise to fame to her freedom. I was thinking that the album could be elaborated based on four or five stages of her life, reflecting the happiest and darkest phases of her life, something like this: It would be nice if there is an interlude of Britney telling a context before the next tracks begin to roll. Act 1: “Rise to fame”: first an interlude, then some upbeats songs reflecting her happiness in the first years of her career, how she reach her dream of being a singer and the recognition (covering baby, oops and Britney eras) Act 2: “Fall from grace”: first an interlude, then some songs about her breakup with Justin, the press turning against her, how she became the villain in the tabloids. (Covering in the zone and my prerogative eras) Act 3: “Rebellion”: first an interlude, then songs about her divorce, becoming her own boss, the whole 2007 period time, all the moments before the c-ship. Act 4: “Prisoner” first an interlude, then songs about the lowest time of her life while being held in the c-ship (circus, femme fatale, britney jean and glory eras) Act 5: “Freedom” first an interlude, the songs about her fight for freedom, revenge and coming to terms with life. I think it will be great if Britney can release an album at the same time as her book sharing her story through music. What do you you think should be the theme for Britney’s next album?
