I’m sorry but the hair, the outfits & choreo were AWFUL for this whole tour. Hairstyle made her look 45, the outfits were so cheap looking and unflattering, and the choreo was sooo clunky. In my opinion this tour was a stain on the Britney track record.

I wanted to hate this before I clicked on it but… it’s good?! It has a different sound than anything on radio (and a good sign of a female pop banger is if it’s strip club-worthy *ahem GIMME MORE ahem*)

Decent beat during chorus… but… otherwise this is mess.

No hate (because I was row 2 on the floor for her show in Vancouver!) but this is one of her worst outfits in a tour ever. And her movements were sooo clunky.

OK this is a fun track though… very 2000’s pop vibe to it (and good beat??) Lyrics are a little immature but I think it’s got a fun sound. Wayyy better than MYB.

This feels like a huge mistake, and I have a feeling there was a contractual obligation between Britney and Will dating back to BJ that she would be on another one of his tracks. I really don’t see radio or GP picking this up… this feels like it won’t go beyond gay clubs.

That sounds like a recipe for PTSD… and the one thing people / the GP remember about it is the uncomfortable “announcement” where she walked to her limo…

Britney lead singles usually have “a sound” - and that would’ve been DYWCO (it’s actually an Incredible song and production). They dropped the ball big time. Make Me would’ve been a solid second or third single though.

I forgot how much of this tour was just walking back and forth and being wheeled around 😂

As someone who works behind the scenes in entertainment, I can say with confidence it is never that surface and simple. TMZ was also in bed with Lou and Jamie until last year (when they couldn’t pay them without using Britney’s $$) and the narrative took a 180. Everything in the industry is about money. Information and appearances can be worth millions.

Guys. Jordan was once in bed with Jamie’s camp. He was complacent. That’s not even up for discussion. Why do we think they haven’t just gotten into bed with Perez now (at the same time Jamie gave an interview to corroborate his story?) Perez has been with Jamie since Circus (you can’t POSSIBLY think Britney chose to have him open the Circus tour). He’s being incentivized to corroborate a narrative.

Mm without revealing details I had quite reliably heard that Lorne had wanted her to appear on last years Christmas special / 2021 finale (not as musical guest). When I saw that she’s headed to New York this week (and rehearsals usually start on the Tuesday or Wednesday before the Saturday show…) Not getting my hopes up at all but the timing is interesting.

It’s pretty hard to watch. Her entrance was great but it sort of ends there. I think this was the year she also came out for Nicki and did a bit of TTWE and it was even worse. She just trotted around the stage blatantly lip syncing. It was pretty cringe, but this was FF era so it all makes sense.
