I think they did that because it was new material, new Britney, new, new, news. So, yay, we get excited. But after the storm is gone, how did we feel about those songs?

I don’t think make me was overrated?  It want really hyped up by fans or GP.  it’s such a shame really that that song got the VMA treatment.

Worst and overrated are two different things.  The poll doesn't make sense this way.  The worst is Make Me.  Just an okay song, that does not stick with you.  Overrated is HMC.  It got top 10 on the Hot 100 and pretty good press, yet it turned one of the most iconic songs into a bland mess of a song that has no feeling and a truckload of autotune to blend their voices together, which Brit really was the background singer.

None of these songs are worse or overrated.

However if I had to pick one song that is like that, it would be Boys.

 

Idk why but I never liked it.

The video is great though but that's it.

I don't get why she performed it on every tour/show ever since when she was much better songs but that's just my opinion.
