she absolutely 100% can. A voice never really goes away or can get damaged to such extent it can't perform its own tasks (Unless cancer damages it). 

She may have gotten rusty (but even this we dont know) and if that's the case, a vocal coach is absolutely enough to bring her voice back to its former glory :mhm_britney_nodding_yes_mhmm:

It would be cool if she sang something like this again and posted it on her IG.

That would shut down haters who say she cant sing anymore.
