Yeah, fiber is important. So...my partner is 8 years older than me and he hasn't been taking his health very seriously for the past few years. He had a physical and his cholesterol and BP were out of wack. Well...his BP has gone down and he has lost 22lb since 1/4 by adding the juice and cardio into his routine. He was still lifting weights but wasn't doing enough cardio. I'm proud of him for finally getting over his stubbornness. Sometimes I feel like a gay tradwife.

Good thing is that he took it seriously and moved on for the better. I'm happy to hear this - not every person will face it like this and start doing something. :mhm_britney_nodding_yes_mhmm:

Sorry....I corrected a bunch of my typos and my comment makes more sense now if you go look at it.

It sounds like you’re hitting a wall with your weight loss goals in the basement. Sometimes, the environment can throw us off. Basements can be a bit of a cave, and it might be hard to stay focused if it's not bright and motivating. You could try switching things up! Bring in some good lighting, or play your favorite music to get you pumped. Also, don’t forget about what you’re eating. Even with all the workouts, it can be challenging to see those results if your diet is off. Keeping track of what you eat can help; something like Fitness business software can make that easier. Remember, it’s a journey; sometimes, it takes a bit to find what works for you.
