Also download a step counting ap to keep track of how man steps you walk a day. Try to walk 10,000 steps a day if you can.

Well I have now reduced to drinking my juice every other day but I have already lost about 12 lbs since 1/4. Almost at my goal weight. Tummy is flat but bubble butt still in check.

I'm drinking it just for that yummy taste. 

There is only water, fiber and other things, especially vitamins in the peel.

Yeah, fiber is important. So...my partner is 8 years older than me and he hasn't been taking his health very seriously for the past few years. He had a physical and his cholesterol and BP were out of wack. Well...his BP has gone down and he has lost 22lb since 1/4 by adding the juice and cardio into his routine. He was still lifting weights but wasn't doing enough cardio. I'm proud of him for finally getting over his stubbornness. Sometimes I feel like a gay tradwife.
