Day to day stuff could be a lot of things: interviewing, hiring, firing, interacting with household staff, gardeners, pool boy, dog walkers, security. Keeping the refrigerator stocked. Making plane and hotel reservations, ordering food in from restaurants. Keeping track of daily expenses, manning the phone, going through the mail to sort out important pieces, going through packages to make sure they are safe. Keeping a calendar for appointments with hairdressers, doctors, repair men etc. 

Basically what we all do but have no money to delegate. And our household is MUCH smaller. Britney probably handles the things she likes and delegates the others.

We are here because we are fans of Britney the artist (or some of us are anyway). You can comment what you want, and other people can comment that they find it weird for strangers to think they have the self importance to know what is best for Britney, who she should or shouldn't be hanging out with (based on nothing), whether she should be going to a club, what she should be wearing, what is happening in her private life, the list goes on and on. If you are going to post on a public forum, you may be challenged on your opinions. See how it works both ways?

I am sorry but it’s not controversial to say that many of the decisions Britney made are bad and it would be a good idea to have some good people around that would say NO to bad ideas and offer better ones.  Or just to say having YES people around is an awful idea and seeing how many stars how badly they finished having YES people around shouldn’t be controversial. Because otherwise you are closed in your own bubble and world with no critical point of view.

Handling criticism is a life skill that is required in every job and in personal life. It’s an sign of the adulthood.

Yes, handling criticism is a required life skill, if you are criticising with knowledge of what you are talking about, which you aren't. You have absolutely no idea of Britney's relationships and personal dynamics with the people in her life, you literally have gone on a tangent about this guy being a "yes person" based on absolutely nothing other than a picture of him sitting in a pool with Britney. What you really mean is that because Britney isn't doing what YOU want her to do, you wish there were people in her life to force her to inhabit the fantasy you have of her in your head, because you view her in a parasocial way. That's the truth and I hope that cleared this up for you, thanks.
