The photographer of the tree is tagged. The photographer's husband looks completely different from the young man in the third photo. 

The young man might be Britney's new assistant. He looks like the young man in the short video in the plane above a French Polynesian atoll. 

I am glad Britney went to Mexico for her Christmas vacation.
