You should be able to buy the book from the US Amazon Kindle Store? I've lived in 4 different countries in Europe and I've been able to buy eBooks for my Kindle.

I'm lazy to buy it in english and my country f at all books from all celebs. So probably I download that book in PDF somewhere and translate it.

Hun the book IS about to come out in stores as in the rest of the world. 
I asked at El Ateneo and Yenny and they told me is available next week. Also you can check the web and they already have it.
