Rihanna has the biggest debut on radio ever even more than Adele's singles. Radio plays a lot into the charts.

Yes, but the song is not doing as well on Spotify or apple music in the US. If the streams do not improve, it may reach number 1  when the movie is released.

Radio counts more towards the charts than streaming.

Not really. If that was true then Taylor wouldn't have dominated the entire Top 10 

If Drake and 21 Savage maintain their current streams, they are heading for a Hot 100 domination next week. They will move Taylor from the top spot, and Rihanna's song will take a dip (again, if streams remain the way they are, cause the song may sky rocket later).

Also, the instrumental sales may impact Week #3, not Week #2.

Lift Me Up is such a disappointment she has to use radio payola in order to chart.  
The song barely hit #1 in ITunes and the streams are not impressive considering a 6 year hiatus.

This video has the most accurate statement. 

Pop stars get one imperial phase, to have more than one is rare, to pull a three like Madonna did in 2005-2006 at 47, with confessions that her yet to be seen of someone can pull a third phase. 

 

Midnights is now Taylor's second imperial phase,  and the impact is bigger than 1989, especially cos streaming is more popular than sales, but Taylor managed to sell more than most acts do 

 

Two weeks since release her label said 6 million has been sold worldwide and 2 Million in the states.

 

Also led to the discussion is Taylor swift a vinyl gig, answer is 30 by Adele is. 

 

Taylor performs well on vinyl, Adele well one year later, 30 is everywhere being not sold.  

 

So Midnights is her second imperial phase,  when will others have that.

They literally said that she dominated the top ten without streams - it was pure album sales.

What?  Billboard declared the opposite (pure album sales don't count for the Hot 100 tho). Taylor debuting 10 songs in the Top 10 was thanks to her massive streams.
