officially they have to say britney and her lawyer, but the truth is ingham more than likely never informed her in the same way he lied and told her she couldn't speak about her abuse.

Can he still he prosecuted or no? Some people say no but I want to believe he still can.

According to Christopher Melcher anybody can except for the judge and the court itself. So all the judges in this case have judicial immunity. It traces back to Medieval times and how you can't go against a kingdom or establishment.

I think it's pretty clear by now that she wasn't aware of everything back then. That was exactly the objective by Team CON, to hide stuff from her and lie and confuse her so they could manipulate her.

Ingham didn’t read Britney her rights, according to Britney. He also didn’t reject a single request made by team con, so ingham is complicit

it's in the unsealing motion, he essentially argues that Britney's counsel failed to deal a certain set of documents on different dates, or gave his reason, but essentially refers to Britney's counsel on several occasion. This could be passing the blame or trying to invite ingham to response to further delay matters.

So what recourse does the state have against a judge who refuses to recuse him/herself from a case when s/he should?

The problem is proving that, and then compelling the judge to agree it matters.
