It's probably nothing, perhaps there's some unofficial remix of '3' that mixes with another Madonna song. Britney is also registered with 'Lady marmalade' on ASCAP and we know she didn't record that but there are remixes out there

either there's a secret demo version recorded by Madonna, or someone made an official and apparently, unreleased mashup with Madonna.

If you see the alternate titles, there's one that says Esmee Denters Mash, it matches one of the remixes, that you can see here
