In a new post on social media, Beyoncé unveiled her album cover for her upcoming act i: Renaissance. It appears as though the horse is an homage the historic Renaissance painting of noblewoman Lady Godiva and the iconic entrance by Bianca Jagger at Studio 54 where she arrived on a horse. 

The horse Beyoncé rides on the album cover is made of a disco ball, hinting at the musical direction she will be taking with this era, further affirming the aesthetic her new single "Break my soul" has set up. The music video is yet to be released. 

About the album, Bey says:

I like Bey and the horse but that black font ain't it and it makes the photo look a bit basic.
