Yea I don't really trust Judge Penny either. I would love to be wrong but the July 14th hearing made me skeptical besides all the other mess. 

NOW you ask what grounds the conservatee has to seal the courtroom after it's been done multiple times. And Rosengart calls it out later cause it sounds ridiculous coming from this judge of all people. 

And she probably didn't mind at this point cause she's dealt with enough of them to just want to get all this s. hit over with. I applaud transparency but not when it's done to cover the court's behind.

Right now the problem is about Jamie's fiduciary duties. Fees, his tenure as conservator. Any form of criminal or civil punishment is for later.

I hold out hope for Penny…for the July hearings… DisHon Goetz f.ucked Penny over almost as badly as she f.ucked over Britney.

if Rosengart can create an opportunity for Penny to save face, I think our side gets everything in July.

ALL the financial malfeasance is Goetz’s mess. I still get so mad about the accountings. A good lawyer could argue that what Goetz did to undermine the US financial system is treason.

Like I said earlier Rosengart found precedent to held Jamie and the rest of those rats accountable  without putting the court in trouble. So penny must be happy at this moment
