It’s a “he said, she said” but what we do know for a FACT is that Kesha 100% has made false  r-word accusations about Dr. Luke in the past. This is an indisputable truth. You can choose to believe her when it comes to her situation but that also means you have to accept that she failed to uphold the burden of proof in a very similar position.
