Yes, I think it means a lot of things. First of all it's her last 'classic', even though I love Glory and some tracks on FF, I doubt any track there will be making a comeback or be highly anticipated if a future show of hers happen. The live performance, with Britney coming out of somewhere cool and making an entrance, with two guys helping her get down, is now some sort of iconic act (think Billie Jean live) of hers, it's expected. And also one can see the lyrics as the way she kept going through all the cship stuff, being a hard worker all the time, even when things were bitter. I love it.
