Because K-pop artists in US are extremely front-loaded with limited but dedicated fan support, and they literally have just the 1st week to peak. If 'Lovesick Girls' came out last week, the streaming number this week would be extremely low.

That's how K-Pop releases work - the lead single / title track and the album are released at the exact same time.
