Did you know that Paul G. Hoffman the owner of the firm "Hoffman, Sabban & Watenmaker" who represent Jamie Spears was in the past an associate for the firm "Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Berkowitz & Selvin" who represent Kevin Federline ?

Hmmmm I wonder how MGM Resorts would feel if pressure started getting applied to them ?

I mean if a new show does happen and Brit is still enslaved does that not make them complacent In all this? They are  paying millions of dollars to a team that controls every aspect of her life and freedom???

Theres zero chance they are clueless to her situation at this point.. Whether by first hand interactions or through the recent media storm they know exactly what they will be supporting.

If the court date really is the beginning MGM should do the right thing and terminate the current contract and invite Britney (with new team) back when she’s ready and willing to perform ~~HER~~ show.

I wrote some talking points. Let me know your thoughts!

The #FreeBritney movement advocates for Britney Spears’s freedom from the 11+ year long conservatorship over her person and estate.
A conservatorship is a legal tool designed to protect the elderly or gravely ill, but we believe that in Britney’s case it is being abused for monetary gain.

Britney Spears was placed under the conservatorship under questionable circumstances.
Britney’s 5150 hold on January 30, 2008 was a highly coordinated ambush involving police and the fire department. We believe it was staged to take advantage of Britney’s condition and the public’s concern for her health in order to take control of her life and finances.

Britney Spears should not be under a conservatorship.
During the duration of the conservatorship, Britney has recorded 4 albums and performed in 4 world tours in addition to a 5-year Las Vegas residency, proving that she is mentally fit to provide food, clothing, and shelter. Multiple collaborators have spoken up about the unusual level of control exerted by Britney’s handlers.

Britney Spears does not want to be under the conservatorship.
Britney has tried repeatedly to hire her own attorney to contest the conservatorship, yet all attempts were denied by the court. She has spoken about the restrictions on her freedom in the documentary Britney: For the Record (2008) and in an interview with Jonathan Ross (2016). We believe her conservators use her sons as weapons, threatening to deny her visitation rights if she continues to challenge her status.

Britney Spears’s money is being used to fund anti-LGBTQ causes.
Lou Taylor, Britney’s business manager, is believed to be the person who orchestrated the conservatorship and currently manages Britney’s Instagram account. She and her husband support Mercy Ministries, an extreme religious organization that practices exorcism and conversion therapy.

Britney’s team of handlers are trying to control the narrative.
Over the past few weeks, the same few media outlets — TMZ, The Blast, RadarOnline — have secured exclusive scoops and photo opportunities, suggesting collusion with Britney’s handlers. Their reports often neglect to mention the conservatorship and the #FreeBritney movement. We also have reason to believe that Britney does not control her own Instagram account.

#FreeBritney is motivated by facts and respects Britney’s privacy.
We are not speculating about the details of Britney’s mental health, including the details surrounding her stay at the treatment facility. We are not speculating about Britney’s connection to Sam Lutfi. We do not condone death threats or harassment.

If her petitions have been repeatedly denied by the court, somebody needs to be noticing how much money is being made by keeping her where she is-- she has little power to fight back because basically her fundamental rights have been removed.  She is paying for everybody creating this nightmare whether she likes it or not--including any attorneys the conservator hires to argue against removal of the conservator.  To say that this "protection" system is unfair to those subjected to it is an understatement.  Thank you for bringing all of this to light.
