Im sure back ín 2008 UK got albums on Mondays and US got them on Tuesdays unlike now both US and UK get them on Fridays. so UK got circus on Monday 1st December 2008 and US got it on her birthday Tuesday 2nd December 2008 Link to comment

It does not mean it's almost ready or that it was supposed to release when dominion was due to start. It could also be in very beginning of production phase and now that she's not working on it could be released even in 2020 Link to comment
