Let Bey think she's anything now, history will remember Britney waay more. Beyonce's days are numbered and she knows it. She will be remembered as a black legend that's for sure, but in pop culture, Britney has her. She slayed when it mattered, the rest are playing catch up and are pressed, see VMA 11 acceptance speech as evidence

Beyonce called herself "Queen Bee" and was hold by her fans but when that ridiculous  over-hype she starts to selling and massify in 0'13 she  and her team wanted do things bigger and they started calling her Queen B supported by the media $$$ in an attempt to give her some illusionary royal music status and it worked because  0'10s kids eat it the hype but anyway MJ, Madonna and Britney began to be called  The King, Queen  and The Princess of Pop by  industry itself by the influence they got  besides the massives sales and the SOCIAL PHENOMENON they were in their peaks on popular culture.

Michael Jackson actually forced people to call him the KING OF POP- its a well known fact. Beyonce is just as legendary as Britney at this point- you guys post about her every day IN the Britney section. Isnt that proof enough??

What other "black legends" get CNN updates for there pregnancy? Cover Vogue and every magazine under the sun? Have the most like pic of all time and broken the twitter record 3 times? Even when she loses shes the main event. Denying her impact is insane now.

The most like pic of all time is pretty shut in the grand scheme of things, especially as those things can be manipulated.  Most people laughed at her pregnancy pics anyway.

There isn't only one black legend *******, stop being a *****. A black legend will always be studied in black history books forever so that's not a problem. I don't think she has ever pushed boundaries, she has just watched what she seen and done the same things very well, that can give you success but she has made an impact yes but no way more than Britney Spears. You don't have to agree but that's what I think.

Well, if only Britney was obsessed with herself so people would actually buy her music

The thing is... Beyonce has her team demand award ceremonies, presenters, hosts etc to call her that when she appears/performs.
She also responded to her fans calling her that and did **** like 'King B' to make some sort of point.
Britney on the other hand doesn't dictate the industry on what to call her, or respond to status to feed her own ego like Beyonce does.

MJ did do the same thing in the past, but in fairness to MJ... the media and public already called him the King and agreed he was the King.
MJ actually became an originator, a legend, a ground-breaking success, an influence upon other artists and changed music forever. 
He actually lives up to the title and has everything to prove for it as well. So does Britney for being pop royalty.
Beyonce though... she still be falling flat in multiple areas... even with that teeny, high school title.
