  1. Courts never wanted this to go to trial anyway, cause it would unearth a lot of skeletons on their side.

  2. We have always known deep down that Britney will never get justice of any kind. Because those who allowed all this abuse, trafficking and theft of hundreds of millions are the state, judges, doctors, lawyers, hospitals, Kardashian family, etc, etc, etc., the corruption is brutal and immense.

  3. If it's Britney's wish to get this over quickly and move on with her life, then that's something I can support.

  4. Britney is a human. There is only so much someone can sustain. I’m so pleased for her that they have reached a settlement. She can finally move on. While all this hangs around her, future court dates, documents to read/sign, she’s still trapped by the ghost of the conservator ship. It might not be the ‘justice’ she called for in her testimony, but her father is ruined, she has started Lou’s exposure, and they are gonna have to give her some money, which is an admission of guilt in itself. CONGRATULATIONS BRITNEY YOU WON.

  5. Thanks Britney Online for this Britney gem a la The Little Mermaid meets Celine Dion's That's The Way It Is meets Backstreet Boys meets Sometimes.

  6. I agree, she looks good dress is nice. She must be forgetting all the recent ones she's been wearing.

  7. No, it isn't. It shows that Britney is unwilling or emotionally unable to face another courtroom with hostile lawyers and a judge who is part of the probate system. Remember that judge Luna wants her to testify although Britney has no clue what happened to her money during the conservatorship. She was busy surviving. She only knew that she paid for everything.

  8. Tbh the legal system is so messed up. The fact no one’s been arrested or charged at this point says that the case has gone nowhere. Sadly she’ll never get justice and I think she realizes that now.

  9. She always posts old pictures of her with key players in the conservatorship before and after court hearings, she did the same a few days ago with those Kevin wedding pictures. It's the only way she can speak about her current situation since it's still pretty much an ongoing case all these years later As much as the media, and even some so-called fans, love to run with the narrative the people that look into her posts are the same ones making daily 911 calls to her house, if it wasn't for stans deciphering some of her posts they would have killed her in that facility

  10. I think many users here need to understand the difference between probate and criminal court.

  11. we still need to see the documents to find out what was the settlement I really doubt Rosengart would've agreed to any other agreement that wasn't in Britney's favor

  12. Lately I’ve been revisiting the short lived pretty girls era. The song gets a lot of hate in the fandom but how sure are we Britney disliked the song herself? I know she scrapped pretty world because pretty girls tanked but what if it was successful? Watching Britney perform the song she looks so happy and full of energy every time! In the music video she actually looked like she was enjoying herself for the first time in a long time. She got to play a character in that video something she loves to do and hasn’t done in a while. Iggy directed the video but The “artsy fartsy” vibe has Britney written all over it! She loves things to be cheesy and not super glammed. she was able to just be a girl 🥰 and probably really enjoyed being with Iggy too

  13. the thing is all of you that say he should've gone for a criminal trial right away, they would've had to finish the conservatorship case first. If the conservatorship case is closed, then they don't have access to all the sealed documents. Plus Britney would've had to pay the fees of everyone and their mother and accept the final accountings. If they started the criminal trial in parallel to the conservatorship case which I don't even know if it's possible, we would still be at the same place, because the conservatorship case would still be dragged to this point, or it would've been closed years ago with no further discovery for the criminal case. Also most likely Britney would've had to be present at the trials and it would've been a media circus that extended to this day. If you read the transcripts of the hearings, it seems like Rosengart's plan, delusional or not, has been to settle down that the conservatorship was wrong, that Jamie did a bad job as a conservator, and use that as a basis for any further trials or investigations. The ones that have been dragging this all these years are Jamie's lawyers. The last transcript was basically Rosengart vs Jamie's current lawyers, Jamie's former lawyers AND Britney's former lawyer too.

  14. stronger1992, it is not a criminal court. It's all about accounting and fees. For a criminal trial, you need the police and a prosecutor involved and proof of a crime. It could still happen but not in probate court.

  15. This was always going to settle unfortunately..When Britney was in the conservatorship things done to her fell within the “legal” category which is sad! In the eyes of the California court she had no human rights at all. I hope Britney can find a way to move on and maybe make some differences for future people with disabilities. ❤️

  18. Everything about Pretty Girls was very Britney the person. The whole aesthetic, theme, lyrics is very in line with how she is on Instagram. I think they gave her creative freedom here

  19. Agreed. This was always about settling the financial aspects of the conservatorship. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see criminal charges, but these particualr legal proceeding were never about that. What I wanted to see from the process was Britney not having to pay for Lou Taylor's "media matters" from the 12th accounting amongst other unfair charges to her estate. Perhaps most importantly I did not want her to have to pay a penny of Jamie Spears legal fees. Another good result would have been the discovery process leading to the evidence of financial irregularities coming to light which could lead to criminal charges (unlikely now due to statute of limitation issues). Jamie Spears and Lou Taylor going to jail was (unfortunately) never going to be a result of these legal proceedings. Britney Spears having to pay even more money to the people who abused her could have been (and may still be depending on the settlement) be the result of these procedings which is why it was worth following them. I am not hopeful about the settlement, but the devil is in the detail. I am hoping the Ebani declaration and other evidence was such that team con had to fold and it is mainly in Britney's favour. However, I am not holding my breath.

  21. I fully understand that Britney doesn't have the strength right now to speak to law enforcement about the embezzlement of her estate during the conservatorship. All the people she loved aka her family betrayed her including her children. Britney needs more than 2.5 years to come to grips with such deep disloyalty. MC Castille, if you read here, I thank you for your work and I wish you all the best. Take care of your health and emotional wellbeing.

  22. When Britney posted that photo of her and Rosengart on her Instagram I remember feeling so hopeful. He appeared to be a very aggressive lawyer by the way he initially spoke to the media…Until I read the court documents. I made a few comments here but I was reassured by many that he’s amazing and I just needed to trust him… Then he started to work pro bono, he didn’t do that out of the kindness of his heart, he did it out of pity because he knew he was never really going to do anything that would bring Britney justice. This buffoon squandered valuable time… When he could have actually done something, he decided to instead to ask her abusers to cooperate… I mean, the joke writes itself. Rosengart was an unprepared clown, he did it all for his own selfish reasons and ultimately he failed Britney. It makes me so sad and so angry how NO ONE cares about her. The media doesn’t even report on the case anymore, even the general public stopped caring and people stopped going to court… If you ask people about Britney (EVEN HERE), people just say horrible things about her. Zero compassion. Zero understanding. Zero love. They got away with it. All of them did… And that’s why the cycle never stops. This changed nothing, the court will continue to abuse victims in vulnerable situations… They’ll just hide it better. I wish Britney would have accepted the offer to speak in front of the Congress. That was a missed opportunity.

  24. I have 2 things to say: 1.- My heart aches for Britney but the writing's been on the wall for over a year now. 2.- Britney's lawyer is such an incompetent MF that should be ashamed of his very own sloppiness and stupidity.. he is a JOKE. He was all for the cameras, publicity and the awards he won under the spotlight of #FreeBritney. But the moment Britney needed him the most thats when his stupid and negligent *** shined. **** him

  25. The fact she’s still allowed to manage and run her business is crazy.

  26. They're most likely referring to the previous fees she already paid to him. TMZ is intentionally misrepresenting this to make it look as though it's a win for Jamie.

She says this could be possibly her LAST with the recent news of a settlement being reached. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bRGK_x4bdkQ (still won't let me embed the video... but other youtube videos still embed no problem.) *Disclaimer: Opinion and Speculation* It's only 8 mins so please give a listen and again spread the word! 31. I remember before Pretty GIrls came out, she seemed pretty checked out of her Vegas show. Once she released Pretty Girls, she seemed to be more herself and she seemed to enjoy performing more. I wish it worked out for her. I think she put a lot of effort into it.

  33. Probate court is about finishing the financial side of Jamie's mismanagement of Britney's estate during the conservatorship. An honest and competent conservator would have had everything wrapped up in January 2022. Jamie and his cohorts obviously left a mess. I think that Rosengart's strategy is to prove without a doubt that Jamie mismanaged the estate. Every conservator has insurance by law. This bond/insurance needs to be paid out when the mismanagement is proven. The emotional abuse is a different aspect.

  34. Matt is a cleaner who made the mess go away. She will never get any justice as her socials have effectively destroyed any credibility or good will that she had. Who knows what the heck is even going on with her now as we only ever see recycled cr/p on that questionable IG. I just hope she is safe, we all got played. I’m so sorry for Britney and how she was abused and let down, saddest Hollywood story

  36. Hello Britney fans! I used to frequent this forum years ago but lost my old credentials, so here I am. I've always been a huge Britney fan, so when I stumbled upon this news at work, I thought I'd share it with all of you. I work in the marketing department for a streaming platform in Warsaw (it's neither Spotify nor Apple Music, just to clarify). A couple of months ago, among the upcoming releases from Sony (which distributes RCA releases here in Poland), I spotted something from Britney Spears titled "Britney 25: The Silver Collection". We didn't receive any more info about it, indicating it's not a major release. I meant to share this with you months ago but forgot, until today when we received an updated list including a title "Britney 25 - One More Time, The Silver Collection". They've slightly changed the title, and the release is scheduled for June. We haven't received any assets yet and usually we get dedicated emails and even meetings from labels for major releases, so I guess this will be a collection for fans or something along those lines. Not sure if you guys are already aware of it, and if you are, sorry for not checking. If not, I hope it excites you. I'll keep you posted should I get more info!

  37. Lou admitted in 2021 (NY Times and court filings) she left Britney with a worth of 60 million dollars or less. Yet her 5 percent is 18 million which should leave Britney with 360 million. 300 is missing. And thats just the tip of the iceberg. So this should be a huge deal - massive.

  41. This is just a coincidence, as every single leak that involves Britney. The track has been on the loop for months already, privately, and it's not even finished, so it isn't an indication of any sort of collection at all. IDK about Exaholic, but this one doesn't have a "final mix", just like DFYO. So yeah, there are a lot of "mixdowns" out there right now. No one has the final track.

  44. I feel like this forum seems to be more mixed on her but I'm personally very excited for the album. All three singles have been very good imo. I personally think this album is a bit of a sonic progression from Future Nostalgia while still expanding on the dance sound she has established herself with.
