i think he is one of the more clear cut characters here - he resigned when britney got forced into the facility, tried to come back when jamie was getting vivian back as well in 2020, and f-cked it up when he gave that ridiculous interview to tmz and jamie fired him

Honestly, she could have left in 2007. Obviously there are going to be paparazzi near the Eiffel Tower, it's one of the most visited places in the world! The real reason she couldn't just leave and go to one of the private, expensive af resorts is because she was in the middle of a high stakes divorce and custody settlement.
