I think it can be annoying to be on instagram. Tbh I do that with some other apps like Tinder... Expectations... Too much time on them... Negative energy / negative comments... And the list goes on.

Social Media can sometimes be very toxic and negative.

I stopped using it in a few years ago and honestly its been the best thing to happen to my mental health.
