The Music Box sequence is from Wade's reel.

DLMBTLTK is the actual pitch/tempo that was used on the tour.

Lastly, yes, the BOMT instrumental is from Wade's Project CD which also includes It Was All In Your Mind. I'll put both for download in a few moments on the site.
