Truthfully, I get it. As someone who takes Britney’s word for whatever she says (because, like I respect her first and foremost and who am I to say otherwise!!), deep down I also know she’s fighting ALOT of battles right now (how could she not be 😑) and as time moves forward sometimes things become clearer and what you said then isn’t how you feel now. 
 

the issue is people aren’t meeting Britney where she is today at all. They’re where they think she should be for whatever silly reasons and not allowing her to live through her battles…that she will never be the same from (and that’s a good thing in many many ways only if people allow her to heal in her own time). 
 

so I think people truly miss her and want her to comeback because we know for a fact how important she is and how important her music has been for us. But also because they know she might not feel like retirement forever. Home girl is human and changes her mind. And that’s okay!!
