Ariana said on her Instagram stories that the artwork being used for the single is actually the album cover... well one of them? She also confirmed "Yes, And?" is not the album title (it's rumoured to be Eternal Sunshine).

If this the album cover then it's a... choice. A pretty blurry image as well. None of her album covers have been amazing tbh. I also hate singles using the same artwork as its parent album...
