They had to sit in the back room away from the public, es***ted by security. The girl and Britney chatted alone at a booth by themselves for a bit. After, David and Britney invited the couple to Brit's house to play ping pong but the girl's bf said no.

Why is David not in the book sounds like he was trying to make her happy and cared about her wellbeing as a person, sounds like he could have been the one if Jamie didn't set him up.

Maybe he’s not mentioned because she wanted to focus on the crazies and air out dirty laundry, so he was too normal for the book
