Tate McRae working with Max Martin on her new album

She confirmed the news in a radio interview for KISS fm. I think we have a new pop princess in the making

I think Tate has a cool voice & is a great dancer. But she had released so many songs & besides Hurt Me First nothing has really had legs.  But the industry is like determined to make her a star.

i fee they try to shove her down mainstream but not taking off. I don't care for her. Olivia > Tate. That's saying a lot for me bc Olivia is overrated imo.

I think it takes more than just calling a A List producer or the producer who did Britney Spears' or Taylor Swift's songs, y'know. For example when Max started working with Britney she had a lot like hard work, anthenticity and I don't know something else within her which made everything awesome at the time. And they seem to get along so well.

Not saying Tate doesn't have it (I barely heard/seen her stuff).

But for what I see it takes more than just working with a massive producer like Max Martin to be a pop princess.

I agree with Barmy86 about the X factor. Everytime I've encountered her my main impression is that she just doesn't have that special something. Working with Max is a big deal, so apparently he sees something in her, but she's not my cup of tea.

Tate has been around since she was a kid. Just because you didn't know her doesn't mean she hasn't work hard like Britney did

Again I didn't say she doesn't have that hard work I'm just saying it takes more than just working with some producer to get there. She might get there as well as a pop princess but not just because she did worked with Max  that's all. In fact I kinda like her song and video Greedy
