The audacity to say it like this - making it seem like Britney isn’t being with them by her choice when it’s those two brats that have publicly called their mother mentally ill and refusing to be with her. It’s so frustrating!!!

If Britney doesn’t want to object, I hope that the child support can be renegotiated to reflect her current income and parental participation. It’s absurd she pays $40k a month + other expenses for her kids to be moved to another state. 
IDK how the law works though and I realise that it’s not always fair. But this seems really, really unfair.

If the kids refuse to see Britney and they are over 18 then she should give up parental rights. There are no parental rights after 18 either way. What parental rights does a parent keep after 18? There should be no reason to pay child support after a child is a legal adult.
