Forgiveness doesn't mean reconciliation. Forgiveness is strictly for Britney's peace, that doesn't mean she has to ever talk to them again.

FORGIVING ABUSIVE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT SORRY IS THE BRAVEST THING SOMEONE CAN DO ---- FORGIVENESS DOES NOT REQUIRE RECONNECTION. Sure they can still be acquainted, but unless they CHANGE COMPLETELY AND BE REMORSEFUL, maybe Britney can slightly open her heart.

What would I do? Nothing, it's not my place to do anything (and I can't do anything even if I wanted to).

Britney is a deeply spiritual woman, and forgiveness is a huge part of many religions, so if she decided to patch things up for her own spiritual wellbeing, that's not my concern.

But also, let's be honest. She may forgive a few of her relatives someday, but she's never going to forgive Jamie. And she sure as hell will never forget.
