With all the promo Halle has been doing I just realized Disney reduced her bust size in the film. I wonder why Disney would do that? 

 

 

Aside from that, from all the clips I’ve seen, I think Sebastian is my least favorite casting wise. He’s not giving a strong enough performance. Sebastian is the smallest of the characters, but still had a big authoritarian presence. This new version, sounds like “the nice guy” version of Sebastian…I’m still going to watch the film. Maybe I’ll think differently after watching the entire thing.

I agree with you, from this clip alone, Sebastian sounds like any regular guy out there... Yet he had such a presence in the film. In the original, he's actually a main character story-wise. Also, a small crab can STOP A SWIMMING MERMAID on her tracks?? People, physics, come on...

And I saw that about the new style in Ariel... They definitely wanted to tone down all the sensuality in her. The original has B00BS, alright? Her bra with the shells reminds me of Britney in the VMA performance of Slave, SO ****... Maybe that would read as too much in a live action film today?

It looks super fun! All the clips they are showing only proves she IS the bast casting choice.. from her vocals, to presence.. she truly is Ariel! Cannot wait for this movie! 2 more weeks!!!
