i just don't understand why do they have an after party after a literal party? Or what is MET actually? I always thought it was a party with a red carpet appearance for the rich.

It’s classically beautiful, but I expect to see some very high end, or outrageous looks when I think of the MET Gala. That necklace though! I wonder what that was worth?
