P!NK was originally offered Beautiful. Til Linda Perry denied the sale to Arista records of the song, saying not meant for P!NK

I knew that Linda wrote it, but I didn't know the song was offered to P!nk. Glad she didn't get it because it ended up becoming one of Xtina's most iconic songs.

No she never said that, she always said she refused to add songs on stripped that are not written by her to prove a point, but couldnt resist the song Beautiful.

Buzzfeed brought up lady marmalade,  and pink bring brutally honest Said it was a bad experience,  Mya and Kim were coll, but some personalities ruined it for me.

In all honesty, ‘Beautiful’ seemed better suited for Pink. I also think the song would have complimented Pink’s husky voice way more. It would have been a game-changer so I can see why it may (or still) had made her upset.
