Is Mariah Carey only relevant during Christmas time?

For haters? Sure. 

For her fans? Not at all. 

For average sounds listeners? She a legend in her own league and nobody cannot take that away. 

For a fact? She is more talked about during a Xmas time for sure, esp with all those memes being thrown around and stuff.

But does anybody care about the general public,  we're talking about the lambily here, they silenced demi lovato for a good 48 hours when she erased her Instagram.  

 

They're one of the most loyal stan bases, when you go after Mariah, just pray your social media existence lives to tell.

 

They bite worse than most stan bases after all they had to deal with lots of set backs, an abusive ex husband,  2001, mention the word Stella and they get PTSD of 2014-2017 era where they felt Mariah almost lost everything,  they've been through a lot, and are hard to break their loyalty after all most of them are biracial or poc just like her, so they went through some of the stuff she talks about.  

 

They have no shame in dissing the gp taste,,a lot of them say nobody is Here for the conversation of how good both Charmbracelet,  Glitter and Me. I am Mariah... the elusive Chantelle is. 

They will attack everybody for sleeping on Caution,  one of the best R&B albums but because she was 48, it was destined to flop, Her most critically acclaimed album to date.

No she's a legend. One of the best voices of all time and her stats are incredible. She's broken a lot of records.

Reading the title of this thread, I feel torn. Mariah is alway relevant but I thinks she’s essential at Christmas. If it wasn’t for Mariah, we wouldn’t have all these pop stars desperately trying to emulate her Christmas success. If there was no All I Want For Christmas Is You, we wouldn’t have Christmas tunes from Britney, Taylor, Gwen, Kylie and all these other artists attempting to cash in on Mariah’s success.
