I will never forget that day. I cried sfm... So proud of her.

I was crying while hearing her testimony, as I'm sure many others were.

It was a combination of finally hearing her talk after so long, but also hearing her address the conservatorship for the first time, getting the confirmation that all our "conspiracies" were true, but also the horror of knowing it was true, and of course the other details we had no idea about.

There are many heartbreaking points in her testimony, but when she said she thanked God after the doctor passed away, that really got me, and not because I judge her, but all the opposite, how broken you must be, how many awful things they have to do to you, to get to a point where you're happy about someone's passing? It was impossible not to remember those Britney interviews from the beginning of her career, and then seeing her talking like this, revealing everything she had to endure, and be like damn, what did they do to her, WHY? How ****** you have to be to ruin the life of someone so sweet and kind.

But thankfully just one year later everything paints so much more positively for her, and I don't think even Britney thought it would be possible a year ago.

Omg, it’s been a year? Britney completely took my wig by storm with this testimony. We all waited for this moment to happen since… forever. 
 

I waited all my puberty years for her to break the ice, it’s been a bumpy ride.

It's unbelievable how much has changed in just one year. That makes me so hopeful for her future; she still has a lot of healing to do, but she's already come such a long way in one year, so imagine where she will be in two or three or five years' time?

When she gave that testimony, I would not have dared to hope that only a few months later the nightmare of the conservatorship would finally be over, and that only a year later she would have the wedding of her dreams. It truly is like a fairytale.

I remember listening to her testimony and couldn't hold my tears of anger, I was livid wanting to punch her father and all of those brats in the face, literally.

The forum was crazy that day! I remember being shocked listening to it.

I remember being un shock, sweating while listening. I couldn't believe she was saying all those things that we already knew. Mentioning conservatorship for the first time was so wierd. I'm SO glad she has the life she wants right now.

Sometimes I wonder if it would be better for her to leave just everything behind and start over with Sam. But these people like she said "can't walk away so easily" justice has to be served.

I’ll never forget how powerful it was when one of the first things we heard from Britney was her interrupting an attorney who was trying to silence her by making the rest of the hearing private.

My jaw literally dropped. I knew the rest of the hearing was going to be game changing after that. And wow, was it game changing. After years of silence and oppression, we finally got to hear Britney’s voice and the truth. What a powerful woman. I’m so happy that she finally got her freedom back. Next up: justice and peace.
