Britney and Sam are reportedly hammering out the details of a prenuptial agreement ahead of their marriage.

"The talks have been taking longer than usual," an insider tells Us Weekly. "Sam wants substantial increases for every fives years they are married, should it end."

A separate source weighed in saying the discussions are "respectable," but the process is being dragged out. Sam "doesn't [want to] end up penniless if they separate."

Us Weekly claims Britney has no interest in knowing any of the financial details. "Britney's staying out of the entire process," the source said. "She's just letting her lawyers hash it out with Sam's team."

This news page is credible, they have interviewed Kanye West, lil Kim, Paris Hilton & more so I’m not sure why it would just be any source as some of you say. They have almost 3 million followers

Well i'm sure Rosengart would have re-directed to her an amazing Lawyer who will help Britney immensely. I don't get why people think Britney is stupid, i'm more than sure she'll be extremely protected in the event her and Sam do break up.

This is normal for celeb prenups. However, if I were him & truly loved her, I'd avoid this due to the sensitivities surrounding her situation. Though, when you get used to a certain lifestyle it can be petrifying to think to go back, and this could all just be his lawyers doing their job.
