It is normal to take up to a year to get pregnant even if you are fully fertile. It is very personal thing and can be really frustrating waiting when it is something you really want. This is why women don't like being asked about it all the time. Best not to speculate and close the thread.

Maybe she wants to get married before she starts trying.  A lot of women don’t want to be pregnant during their wedding and don’t want to have to push back their wedding because they got pregnant.  Now that we pretty much know Donatella was there for dress stuff, I’d say they’re probably getting married sometime soon.  Prob this summer.

I doubt she will now, since there is a lot of rumors that she is going back to work, but after let me say few years it will be a risky pregnancy 

To be honest I thought she would be immediately pregnant after she was free from the conservatorship
